This is a snow-covered multiplayer map for Heretic
II. It also uses some special textures.
This is the map itself. Unzip it into your base/maps
folder. You have to start it up as a server to be able
to play it.
These are the custom textures. Unzip
them into your base/textures/Christmas folder. Note
that the snow.m8 texture is missing (it's 0 bytes in
this archive), so there will be missing textures if
you play the map. We couldn't yet find a place on the
web which has the working version of the file, if you
have the texture please mail
it to us so we can update the download file.
Update December 17: We just got
this e-mail from Jim
Marlowe:
"while I
don't have the snow texture, a good substitute would
be to copy base/textures/general/white.m8 into base/textures/Christmas
and rename it to snow.m8"
