With this shareware version of Wintex,
a handy tool for DOOM-engine based games, you can extract all
data from the WAD file. You can also insert new entries or replace
existing ones.
Game
File Explorer lets you extract most of the image and sound data from the
resource files.

With this
portrait set, you can give your heroes in Baldurs Gate a Serpent
Riders style look. If you want still more, this
soundset can deepen this feeling further.
Hexen
Mythos features a nice collection of stories taking place
in the Heretic / Hexen / Hexen II universe.
